According to a research report by a World Health Organization team visiting Wuhan, bats are more likely to spread the coronavirus to humans.
The team also stressed the need for further research into other hypotheses about the origin of the coronavirus.
In December 2019, cases of the coronavirus were first reported in the Chinese city of Wuhan, and the virus has now become a global epidemic.
The spread of the virus has been suspected by the United States and some European countries that the coronavirus spread from a lab in Wuhan, while it is thought to have spread from the Wuhan animal market.
A 10-member team of WHO scientists visited Wuhan in January, during which the research team examined the evolution and linkage of the virus and visited various sites in Wuhan.
